Handmade products are really unique and special! You might see small variations from a product to another.

What is your minimum order?
We have a minimum order quantity by item (4 units) Â and a total minimum order value of $500.
How much time will it take for my order to be ready?
- 0-50 pieces = Â Â Â Â Â 6 weeks
- 50 -100 pieces= Â 8 weeks
- +100 pieces = Â Â Â Â 12 weeks
What options of payment do you have?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Feel free to contact us if you would like to make other payment arrangements.
Do you sell to individuals?
No, we are a wholesale company that partners with retail companies. If you are an individual interested in our products contact us so we can find you the nearest store to your area.
Can I place an order for a later ship date?
Sure you can! Just make a note about it when you place your order.
Can I customize products?
Yes, please fill in our custom made form so we can meet your specific requirements. You can also write to info@naturalart.com.gt.
How can I check the status of my order?

How often do you design new products?
We design 1 new collection per year that we present officially in the NY NOW Summer market.
Can we do design collaborations?
OF COURSE! we would love to work with other creatives in the world 🙂
Where is Natural Art located?
Our offices are located in Guatemala city, Guatemala. All of our products are shipped from our offices.

What is FOB prices?
FOB means Free on Board meaning that the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost, import duties, insurance and others related.

How can I track my order?
When your order is about to ship, we will send you a tracking number for you to track your package.

Do you ship worldwide?
YES, we do! thanks to amazing partners we are able to ship to your door worldwide.

How much is shipping?
By default we ship with BOX, which is priced by weight, size and dimensional weight. Shipping costs vary depending on weight and destination. Smaller orders have a proportionally higher shipping costs. For example, orders of $500 Â with a diverse mix of products shipping is usually 30% to 40%. Varied orders over a $1,000 generally have shipping charges that are 15% to 25% of the total order.

Can I ship with a personal account?
Yes, please provide your shipping account information at the time of the order.
All of our partner artisan digital material (pictures and video) are possible because of the strong links we create with them, our mission and priority is to create a real and high representation of our artisan partners and their handmade work. This is why the material must be used in conjunction with the products the artisans create.

What type of marketing support can I request?

- We can provide you with a product picture with white background, styled pictures, and also production pictures. We will share this with you via google drive. This would be only of the SKUS you have bought.
- Shelf talkers of the techniques and materials that are within your order.

Can I use the pictures found on your social media?
Sure, you can use them for marketing and educational purposes of the products you have purchased from Natural Art.
What information do we collect from the people that visit our website and when do we request it?
We collect information when you register, place an order,sign up for newsletters, respond to a survey or communicate with a team member. We may ask you for your name, address, phone number, credit/debit card information, and other data to enhance your experience.
